Dr. Seibell is founder and owner of OCD and Anxiety Psychiatry of Westchester, P.C. He has dedicated his career to the treatment and research of OCD, related conditions, anxiety, and eating disorders, and has gained significant experience as an attending psychiatrist in OCD/related conditions and eating disorders treatment programs at Mount Sinai, Cornell, and Rogers Behavioral Health. He is a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute and is a popular speaker at professional conferences, where he shares his knowledge with colleagues from around the world. Dr. Seibell received his medical degree from Rutgers University and completed his psychiatry residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. His research has been published in prestigious medical journals and he is an associate editor for the Journal of Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders. In addition, he has written an OCD treatment manual that he updates yearly, which is published by the British Medical Journal Group.

Dr. Seibell has been named a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and he is a professional member of the International OCD Foundation and the Anxiety and Depression Association of America. In addition, he is founding chair of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America's OCD and Related Conditions Special Interest Group.
